Digital Product Policy

All products sold on SoccerFonts are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Because digital files are made available instantly after purchase, refunds are generally not possible once files have been accessed or downloaded.

Before Purchasing

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Most SoccerFonts products are provided as editable vector artwork in formats such as AI, SVG and EPS unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Unless explicitly specified, products are not provided as installable TTF or OTF font files.

You can contact us if you need other file formats.

Technical Issues

If you experience problems with your download or receive a corrupted or incomplete file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

This may include:

• providing corrected exports where available

• replacing damaged files

• re-sending download links

Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order details and we will review the situation to send you a refund for the accidental transaction.

Unauthorized Redistribution

Refunds will not be provided for cases involving file sharing, redistribution, misuse or violations of the Terms & Conditions.
