PSG 2016-17 Font

Download the PSG 2016-17 font, an editable soccer jersey lettering design in vector format inspired by the PSG kit style used during the 2016-17 football season. This football font artwork is prepared for football shirt recreations, custom jersey projects, football kit mockups and sports graphic design workflows.

The 2016-17 season marked the beginning of a new chapter for Paris Saint-Germain following the arrival of Unai Emery as head coach. After several years of domestic dominance, PSG entered the campaign with a squad featuring Edinson Cavani, Ángel Di María, Marco Verratti, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Blaise Matuidi and Lucas Moura. Cavani became the central figure in attack following Zlatan Ibrahimović’s departure and produced a prolific season across domestic and European competition. The PSG 2016-17 font belongs to an important transitional period in the club’s modern history, when the Paris side was attempting to turn sustained success in France into deeper progress on the European stage. PSG ultimately finished second behind Monaco in Ligue 1 but won both the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue.

The Champions League provided the season’s most dramatic story. PSG produced an extraordinary 4-0 victory over Barcelona at the Parc des Princes in the round of 16, with Di María scoring twice on one of the club’s most celebrated European nights. The return leg at Camp Nou ended in the famous 6-1 comeback that eliminated PSG and became a defining moment in the club’s European journey. The PSG 2016-17 font is closely connected with this memorable Champions League campaign and the final season before the transformative arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappé. For shirt collectors and supporters, the PSG 2016-17 font represents a distinctive moment between two eras, capturing the Cavani-led squad and a season that helped shape PSG’s ambitions for the years ahead.

Most SoccerFonts products include AI, SVG and EPS files. These formats are commonly used by designers, print shops, kit customizers and football shirt collectors who need clean, editable jersey lettering rather than flat images. Depending on the product, the download may include name set artwork, number set artwork, special characters, punctuation, sleeve numbers or additional design elements connected to the original football font style.

Download & Usage

After checkout, your files are delivered through our secure FootballKitFonts / Payhip digital download system. Once payment is completed, a download page is shown and a download link may also be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct before completing payment.

The included AI, SVG and EPS files can be opened with compatible vector editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer, Inkscape and similar applications. Because the artwork is vector-based, you can usually resize, recolor, outline, arrange and prepare the football lettering for different design or production needs.

SoccerFonts products are commonly used for custom football shirts, retro jersey recreations, football kit mockups, sportswear concepts, fan collections, poster designs, social media graphics, vinyl cutting preparation, heat transfer printing workflows and other football typography projects.

If you plan to use the files for physical jersey printing, vinyl cutting, heat press work, sublimation, DTG preparation, Cricut projects or commercial production, please test the artwork with your own software, materials and production setup first. Different machines and print workflows may require additional preparation, resizing, outlining or file conversion.

For best results, open the vector files in professional design software, check the artwork size, adjust colors when needed and create a test layout before sending files to production. The files are designed to give you a clean starting point for football shirt lettering and number design, but final preparation depends on your own project requirements.
